If a third party conducts transactions using your account, the user bears full responsibility for all such transactions. bd jl accepts no liability for any loss arising from this.

Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the bd jl platform. Account registration or use of the platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

• Only persons located in Bangladesh may use this platform.
• Users must have full legal capacity.
• Persons unable to make decisions due to mental incapacity are not eligible to use this platform.
• Any person declared legally incompetent to manage their assets by a court order may not use this platform.

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the bd jl platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Depositing via a third party or using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is completed, it may take some time to be reflected in your account.

4.2 Source of Funds

Users must ensure that deposited funds are obtained from a legitimate source. If funds from an illegal source are used, bd jl reserves the right to suspend or close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

5.2 Withdrawal Rejection

bd jl may reject or suspend a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification is incomplete.
• The wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met.
• There is suspicion of fraud or unusual account activity.
• Due to applicable legal obligations.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus amount is 10x. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions

• You must read the applicable conditions carefully before claiming a bonus.
• A bonus may be used only once per account, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
